About Me

I am a senior at Purdue University double majoring in Professional Writing and English Literature and a minor in Women’s, Gender & Sexuality Studies. I have experience as a journalist and copy editor at the Purdue Exponent, an independent student run newspaper. I also wrote for The Rivet, the Exponent’s own arts and culture magazine. I am currently an assistant poetry editor at a nonprofit literary magazine and an editorial intern for a marketing company. When I’m not writing, I am taking care of my many plants or reading with one of my cats on my lap. I love experimenting with my style and gender expression and am always exploring the many ways I can feel the most myself in anything I do.
